I felt so achey today but I've been drinking water all day, I stretched before I ran, took it nice and easy and only winced when Sarah Milligan told me to run my final run, I told my self that if I couldn't do it then I had to repeat today's and as I didn't want to I pushed through. Run 2 - check!

Well done! I have also just done W1R2 tonight! I have done Couch to 5K once before in 2015 and loved it, finished it and kept running until 2017. Had a break last year but back to it now and going to redo Couch to 5K to work my fitness up again. You can do it!

Great job. Make sure pre run stretches arenβt the static ones, theyβre for post run only, while your muscles are warm. Enjoy run 3
