I want to thank you Rfc 👏🏻 after problems with my piriformis muscle, I needed to build up to running regularly again and saw IannodaTruffe’s link to your brilliant Bridge to 10km plan for slower runners (Moi) 🤓 and by following it I have my confidence back and have come back stronger. 10k doesn’t seem out of reach now. Aw bless you have just made my day, thank you so much. I’m glad the plan suits you. I am a slow runner too and it still amazes me when I say my favourite distance event is a HM. There are no barriers to being slow. Good luck.
