Hello Running people...

From tomorrow...

...JUNE 1st, I shall be asking a whole load of folks to follow me... across to the STRENGTH and FLEX forum...

A whole load of new posts of some great exercises for us ALL to do, on some of our rest days....will be appearing over the month...

Beginning with some fun ideas, which hopefully will tempt you to add some exercise spice into your running!!!!

You'd better believe it...

I shall be watching out for you tomorrow.. !

Welcome and here it is...It is a place where there are lots and lots of ideas which will support you in your running. Some rest day exercise is so helpful as you begin running...

Found! I was being dim! However just returned home from running week 5 run 1 and my head is much clearer now! Looking forward to run 2

Ok. I joined strength and flex. I'm doing back exercises everyday and stretching too - "prescribed" by my physio. I'll definitely take a look though.

Joining S&F years ago is the closest I've got to anything that might qualify, probably because I've never understood what strength and stamina work is supposed to mean!

All things to all people.. and for some...maybe not part of their running...My intention here is to give some ideas , some enabling skills which may be of use to our runners.

The choices of course are always those of the individual:)
