Well done for making plans to get fitter and feel better. I started the plan on my 55th birthday last year, from being a total non runner, and graduated in the 9 weeks. Never looked back and have now run every week since and love it. Can honestly say it has changed my life and am now fitter than ever. Good luck and keep posting.
