I usually post the day after my run..but I am posting now, because I am very , very over-excited.
I ran for 6..92 K in 50 minutes and 55 Seconds.
Close. Slow.
But, I can nearly run for 7K.

Drop the "nearly"; 80 metres are close to nothing so you can already run 7K (and more, I bet).

Well hopefully... I think I am built for stamina but not speed. Once I pass the..'I am tired' stage.. I seem to just keep going!
