Most new runners aches and pains are caused primarily by the impact of running, so do all you can to minimise it.
Slow down, avoid heelstriking, keep footfall under your body not out in front, run on grass or treadmill and wear proper running shoes fitted after a gait analysis done at a specialist running shop.

You can do this.

If it is painful enough to make you limp at all then you should seek medical help. Physiotherapy can often fix running problems more easily than you'd expect. Otherwise, what Mr Truffe said is good advice. Well done for getting this far. I hope it heals quickly and you can keep making progress.
