[Time_to_run]

So thats it .. I’ve sold my soul to the 5k race demons .. just signed up for 2 5k races, 1st one is June (race for life), 2nd one in July (Sunrise City) .. both for charity. Just need to get my butt into action now. No excuses, plenty of time 🙈🏃🏻‍♀️ never done a race in my life 😱

I really want to do Race for Life. I’ve always fancied doing it but never dreamed I actually might be able to do it. Problem is I don’t want to do it on my own, and our local one is in May when my daughter is doing her a-levels so she doesn’t want to do it with me.

Yeah, tons of time... you’ll have time to get your long run above 5k by then to give you more in the tank too. Enjoy the journey to those runs.
