Week before Christmas I was aiming to complete Wk9 R3 and then my knee went!

Been resting over 2 weeks but still aching. Any advice appreciated.

Although I bought a knee support when my knee niggled, I would suggest you try to see a physio rather than go down this route as it sounds as if it may be something that needs professional diagnosis as you have rested it well, but it is still giving you problems. Heartbreaking if you have to put graduation on hold for a while, but better that then risking something more damaging and potentially devastating. Really hope with some advice from a professional you manage to get back on track soon.

Thanks I’m thinking professional advice is the way to go. So frustrating though as so close.

Yes I do sympathise, but get it sorted and then get back on track, so much better than struggling on then never being able to do it at all. Good luck.
