Thanks for all the replies. I really could not run any slower than I do! Tried it with music (Spotify Fun Run 150-165 BPM) which really helped.

Running slow is really hard, and I am a slow runner, I do have one pace that is ultra slow but it takes a lot of thought to get there, it was the pace I had to slow down to to conquer my first 20mins, I use it when I feel like quitting a run now.
