Was apprehensive but W4R1 in the bag!

I feel my fitness level dropped a little over Xmas so I'm still not fully feeling 100% and was going to repeat week three but today I thought no, give week four a go. I was very apprehensive about doing that 5 min run! But I nailed it! At a utter snail pace as it ended being on the uphill part of my trek but was then downhill and level on the second 5 min run.

It was a bit tough I won't lie but I could have squeezed extra effort in so big improvement from week one where I struggled and shaved a few seconds off the runs as I couldn't quite make it! And they were what? 1 minutes? Ive forgotten but seems crazy looking back now! Can't believe how much I struggled!

I can't wait to be able to "go for a run" anytime I like and run for 30 mins straight! Seems impossible to imagine right now but as the posts on here contest to, this program will get us there!

I don't care if it's at a snail pace either! I'm not worried about speed at this point! Just stamina and endurance!

Great job... we knew you could do it. As for 30 seeming impossible... yesterday you thought 5 minutes could be 😂. It will come to you, trust and believe! Enjoy the next one.
