Happy new year all, unfortunately due to the festivities and an injury I haven't been running for just over 10 days, I was just about to start week 5 but feel as though I should ease back in? Should i do an easier run from the previous weeks to see how I feel then go back to week 5 after my rest day?

It takes at least two weeks off before you will notice any loss of condition.

You’ll be fine... slow and steady, ease back in... you can do it.
