Happy new year all, unfortunately due to the festivities and an injury I haven't been running for just over 10 days, I was just about to start week 5 but feel as though I should ease back in? Should i do an easier run from the previous weeks to see how I feel then go back to week 5 after my rest day?

It takes at least two weeks off before you will notice any loss of condition.

Pick up where you left off.
