Was just 10min in to the run of week 8 run 3 when I took out my phone to take this beautiful picture...the Spotify app paused so I restarted the music, and continued on my way. I was expecting the bell to ring 4 minutes later but it didn't, so thought somehow I'd missed it. Kept running, expecting the trainer to say I'd done 20min at any moment... no trainer. When Spotify started playing music I hadn't yet heard on any of my previous runs using this playlist, I realised I'd gone way beyond the 28min run point, and even run through the cool down walk section! πŸ˜‚ Pulled out my phone and saw the C25k app had stopped, and hadn't recorded the session, and as I was 4.6k away from my starting point I started it again and fartlekked home! In total I ran/walked 7.8km...so now I think 5k next week will be a breeze!! πŸ˜‚ I think using the camera disabled the app, has anyone else experienced this?!

That used to be my greatest fear, that Laura wouldn't tell me when to stop and I'd have to keep running forever! Well done on your marathon run! Lovely photo. Totally worth having to run so far!
