I probably needed another rest day after parkrun on Saturday and now I’m having to ice my knee again 🙁 Still, I did it and just have two runs left before graduation!
I’ve signed up to a run the year programme for 2019 as ongoing motivation: inspired by @jancanrun. Planning on 20miles per month as a minimum: I can do that now if I run three times per week so I can only get better from here!
