Realfoodieclub’s Holiday Post.
I hope you are all doing well and anyone who is on the injury couch at this time I wish you a speedy recovery.
Another year down. Over the holidays we will be putting the Monday posts up on Christmas Eve and they will be a two week post. the graduation badge post will cover December and the first week of January until the 6th. This is just to allow all our admins to have extra time with their families and friends.
Don’t worry we will still be on the forums all through the break but just toned down a bit on the daily duties and graduation badges might take a few hours to come through but I am sure you all understand.
I have been running these forums for five years and every year I say It can’t get better than this year and every year it does. We have seen such an influx of runners this year it has been amazing watching you all start and finish. You are all an inspiration to everyone. I really wish I could bundle the forum up and present it to the powers that be just to prove what a difference we are all making to health of the UK. Without knowing it you work at helping people come off diabetic medication, come down on their blood pressure tablets, reduce their weight and trust me the list of positives is endless, all because you come on the forums and support your fellow runners.
So a big thank you to all of you for all your dedication and encouragement to each other.
Over the break run, don’t run, your choice, but whatever you do enjoy yourselves spend time with family and friends and don’t beat yourself up if you miss a run we have a whole new year to add in some runs.
The forum will keep going and I know people dip in all the time so if you are on your own or feeling lonely pop on the forum have a chat with the people posting and we will keep each other going. Also our running trainer Sarah Millican supports #joinin on twitter for people who want to chat on Christmas Day here is the link to what it is all about
