Hello! Has anyone else been a bit lazy with stretching when they started C25K? I’m going to guess that I’m not the only one!
So at the end of week 3, I actually looked at the links Iannodatruffle (or something like that!) kindly provided, and realised that the stretches are handily provided in photo format. A screenshot and editing copies the text. Create an album and wham bam! you have a handy photo guide on your phone to the stretches. Much easier than scrolling through websites, or stuffing a bit of paper in your pants.
