Just finished W3 R2 and so thank you to those who responded to me weird wrist and arm pain that I posted about. Today was much bette asI tried to follow the advice you guys gave me about relaxing and posture etc - Also i changed the route to one that was a bit flatter. Thanks for keeping me going.
