I’ve made it!
A late night run after yesterday’s early run placed me at approximately a rest day between runs, not a practice I’ll recommend to anyone starting out, but I was feeling ok, no aches or strains etc.
And here I am, a graduate! I completed the 30 minute run, and added 2:10 to get the 5k
I am a runner! Weird eh?! Me?! I hate(d) running!
I’ve got healthier, fitter and more confident, and inspired others along the way too.
Weather is dictating a couple of well deserved rest days but I’m already looking forward to my next run
I do have a treadmill for when weather rules out most runs, but I do love running outdoors along the coast.
