We had a couple of weeks away, just as I was starting week 8. I took my trainers and did W8R1 on the hotel treadmill, and hated every minute of it. We did a fair amount of walking - treks, long touristy days - but I didn’t run again. Back home, I thought maybe I would start back at week 7, but decided that I’d try for 28 minutes - and managed okay. SO much better running outside! So, back on track now to do the Park Run on Christmas Day! Felt brilliant after the last run - very proud of myself.
