First and (probably ) last post. Who knew., till 9 weeks ago never run for 40 years and now can run for 30 minutes. Just wanted to thank everyone who had posted here, you are all truly inspirational and educational . Without you all I would never have been able to do this.

Thank you. Already looked at beyond C25K but need to consolidate first. Last 2 runs were tough. Aim is to run for 60 mins by end of next year. Not sure if achievable but slow and steady is the aim.
If you can go from 0 to 30 you can go from 30 to 60. It won’t take you anything like a year unless you’re very unlucky.
