I started week 9 on Thursday and felt good at the end of that run so I decided to try the local park run this morning. There was a very nice vibe at the start and I managed to get into my pace nice and early. Very happy to get round without stopping and looking forward to graduating next week.

Well done 👍I also completed the local park run for the first time yesterday . Since finishing C25K I have injured my back and ankle (not a running injury) and took a month off running then developed knee pain on resuming running and had to take it easy for a couple of weeks which was very frustrating

So great to be back on track and although knee felt uncomfortable while I ran it is fine this morning 😊

It was great to get the feedback after the park run ( and not come last) the hills are new to me so I plan to practice running up and down them as always ran relatively flat route up to now

Good luck to you too

👍
