Not a lot of runnin’ going on....

Finished the tour of China and am now laying in the sun in Thailand with my headphones on listening to Marc Bolan - not sure life can get much better 😂. Running has gone by the wayside due to constant moving from hotel to hotel/pollution/altitude/total knackeredness so am planning to give myself a break and get back into it on my return to the UK. The difference to my fitness levels after just completing five weeks before leaving has been incredible - walks I wouldn’t have been able to do previously I’ve quite literally taken in my stride.

Question is - after five weeks off (more or less) where should I pick it up again?

Glorious sunshine... lucky you... grey and stormy here:)

You were about to start Week 6?...well, if you have not been keeping up with any fitness exercises...:), and bearing in mind your tiredness... then maybe, start at Week 4... steady and slow..into week 5 which is a good one:) and then move on gently . Build up your core strength and stamina exercise too on some of your rest days :)
