Well that’s a first. Running in the rain. But my pace increased! Well chuffed. Although my husband reckons the rain made me go faster. Lol. 😊

Great run. Maybe the rain helped a little, but at this time of year you won’t have been overheating too much so it’d be slight... I say it was all you! Enjoy the next one.
