Having delayed and delayed and then waited until I could summon up the energy to go out and get some half respectable gear and sort out my phone holder and headphones so I could actually hear Laura, I started this evening under cover of darkness and managed to avoid meeting anyone. Not so long ago that was me, and it still is in part! Well done for starting, itβs a vote for yourself! Good luck with next run!

Well done. Just remember to listen to Laura and also to do what she says. Rest days and not running further than you are told/ordered are an absolute must. You will make it.

Good for you. I never thought I would manage even week 1 but now on week 5. Just remember if you can't run a particular time keep repeating until you can even if you are reduced to a quick walk. It will come. I'm running 8 minutes this morning. ππ
