Weather really bad heavy rain 40 mile an hour winds but went out anyway. Only got half way through this run and had to stop soaking wet all over and wind pushing against me . Will repeat on monday☹☹

Great job getting out there in the storm! Soaking is one thing, getting battered by wind is not nice though. Well done

Well, you did a lot better than me. I've had 3 unplanned 'rest' days waiting til I can get back to a treadmill to do Wk6R3. I haven't done any outside running yet, let alone in this weather!

Well done for trying. I was supposed to do my W5R3 yesterday, but attended an all day seminar and did not fancy doing it in the dark. My wait till this morning was rewarded by a sunshine run - unusual this past few days.
