Wow. After missing a run due to hubby being ill I wasn’t prepared for tonight’s group run. I expected to run for 28 mins and that extra 2 that was thrown at us was a bit of a shock.
Bit even though we have just technically started week 7, I did it! Ran 3.85km but given the driving wind and rain for part of the run I don’t care!!!
Feeling a bit achy and tired but hot bath has helped now off to bed to try to sleep.
Planning for us to run another 30 as a group next week and do a 5k together on the last week as a prep for the park run.
Doing a couple of shorter interval runs during the week to help build up a bit more stamina.
Feel like I have achieved something. Never thought I would be running for 30 mins 6 weeks ago. Happy days xx
