Couch to 30 mins DONE!!

Now for the 5k....what's the next step? Run faster for 30 min until I hit the 5k? Run for a longer time? At the moment I only manage a little over 3k. Did a run/bike relay on Sunday. Only had to run 2k, but at 3,200m it was a struggle and I walked the steeper uphill sections.

Congratulations 🎈🎉🎊 and what an achievement being part of a relay

Everyone is different but when we graduated we just ran a bit further each week until we got to 5k

My next run W9R3...having 2 days rest before the Big Moment🤣😂🤣....what to make it spectacular 😂🤣😂.....want to make it to the end of the run🤣😂🤣. My pace is cruising/snailing. I don't check my stats anymore because it put me under too much pressure to try and go faster....and REALLY that's just not possible yet...no probs. I'm enjoying my running now. Whereabouts are you....looks a LOT warmer than here? 🏃‍♀️🙋

I'm in Ethiopia and the sun shines almost every day. Good luck with your graduation run.....I also run at a pace that is barely more than walking
