Harder than the first I found - legs still slightly stiff but onward and upward we go . Felt less
Conspicuous too - no or is really bothered about a running granny π³πββοΈ

Well done Dodsquad, it does get easier .... honest, and i felt the same first time i went out, like people were going to be judging me, but no ones pays any attention, more friendly than anything else to be honest.
Well done on getting started. That is the hardest bit behind you already! You are absolutely right: runners are invisible! At this stage I just tried to keep putting one foot in front of the other, dead slow, to make sure I ran for the allotted time. There will be some aches and pains to start with until your legs get used to it, but you will always find someone on this site who has been there and has ideas to help. You will definitely get there!!!πββοΈπ
