Happy I am done with week 2 but gotta be honest mentally it was hard work today. My sock felt weird, my bum bag kept rising up, stupid crap like that which kept irritating me. But I did it, there was a lot of self doubt though as the first 2-3 run section my thighs still feel like lead. Not sore not painful. I know it’s early days but I was hoping that might start to ease quicker. Guess I should be positive and say at least it’s at the start not the end. Did see a lovely curvy lady out running with grace a swishing ponytail so it’s possible to move on from looking like a mixture of a baby giraffe and hippo learning to use their legs 😂. Two down seven to go!

Go for it Emma, you might be like that curvy lady with the ponytail in a few months after you graduate, the pain should slowly go, just take all your runs slowly, it's not a race, onwards and upwards to week 3 run 1
