W5R1 went ok but just made it to the final warm down with cramp starting in my left calf on the outside...o..my Saucony trainers have had it, I roll onto the outside of the sole both sides and they are worn badly.....may not be the cause but probably need renewing....otherwise I did it....ππππ

Make sure you stretch plenty... I hold for 30secs and do each stretch 3x
And definitely treat yourself to some new running shoes... Make sure you show us.
