I wasn’t feeling at all up for it at the beginning but mechanically got ready and went out - not sure that I would be able to do it but trusting in all you that have gone before. What helped? Listening to a Spotify running playlist which had the perfect rhythm, it wasn’t raining, telling myself I’d danced for longer than this, and gradually building belief as the minutes went by. Fabulous!
