I just thought I would walk today after my W9R1 yesterday as a break. But, seems like walking is getting boring now.
So, switched on my intervals app on my watch and started running... what I observed is that around weeks 5-6, used to have muscle aches, but now it is no longer an issue. The body is getting used to the stretched time now. I was able to complete my W9R2 today, a bit faster than W9R1.
I might take a break tomorrow as it is expected to rain heavily... But I intend to keep pushing to make it much smoother now, past my graduation.

Good run for you today THH, looking at that graph you did very well, I note the time and date, its 7.01am, 22 November, as I type this at 05.50 GMT in the UK I guess that you are somewhere in Eastern Europe. Next run, graduation, good luck 🤞
Thank you. I am currently based out of Bangalore India.
Just be careful of skipping rest days, the plan has them in for a good reason and if you get injured you will be setting yourself up for a very boring time indeed.
Hmm... maybe you liked the plan so much you’d like to do it again in a few months or something? Back to back runs is bad enough, going faster too, well... it’s almost like you’re wanting to get injured.
Will take a break with a walk. After a rainy in the evening..slightly wet track that gets slippery around the lake near my place is scary enough. Have had strained calf before.
