Having reached W9 of the C25k, I am wondering if C25k can be introduced to my kids to get them into running? What would be a good age to get started with C25K for kids/teens ?
Any ideas? Has anyone introduced this to their children?

There is NO minimum or maximum age for starting the course of C25K
I have no answer to your question - except to note that in the UK, they have a 2 klm
parkrun for children. We don't have this where I live and the kids do the full 5K at parkrun. It is plainly obvious that some of the young ones take to it like a duck to water - and others HATE it!!! Personally, I believe that the more life experiences that can be introduced to children the better - BUT they will only ever do any good at those things that they enjoy You could introduce your children to W1D1 - and wait to see if they ask for "more"
Junior parkrun is a fabulous way to introduce kids to running, so maybe combine that with C25K like some people do at regular parkrun.
Our junior PR is on a Sunday over 2k, and it’s a reverse small loop of part of the 5k course.

My 12 year old started and finished this with me... she took some extra week 8 runs while I caught up as she wasn’t dumb enough to injure herself early on!
It’s very gradual so I’m sure it would be fine especially for teens . I have 2 trying to get them out I’m sure would be the hard bit . Good luck x
