Just back from a solid run and I would love to say “all down hill now” but I chose a slightly new route today and it was a fair bit hillier than I thought. Still pushed it and got it done - 4.3 k in 34mins. my target is to finish R3 on a full 5k at less than 40 mins - I feel it’s possible without unduly pushing myself or taking risks. I always do better with a target
