Amazed I got this far, I think I struggled most to get out of bed this morning, the 90 seconds was really challenging but I did it.... just!

I think that getting out of bed and sticking with it is maybe the hardest part? (Aside from the breathlessy and dead legs and red face and sweating!)

Well done you! I remember thinking an extra 30 seconds of running seemed like a lifetime and thought there was no chance I could manage it. It is amazing what your body and mind can do.

You will be at week 9 in no time and you will feel amazing. I can't wait to get to that point and actually feel like a runner!

Keep it up!

Your doing fab Missjaney. Strength of character & determination getting out there now the mornings are a tad chilly. Wishing you well on your journey 👍🏻

Great job. Yes, getting out there is certainly the hardest bit for a while! Your body will get used to it, don’t be afraid to slow down, that can help a lot.
