Done but still a struggle! A cold morning here but I soon heated up! Hopeful that I can do the 25 minute run next! Due to a road diversion near me, there are some cars now going down the country road where I like to run so had a couple of jumps to the side of the road but kept running on the spot!

You can definitely do 25 minutes. Slow and steady and trust the plan!

Great job... that’s all the interval sessions done! You’re ready for 25... slow and steady and it will be a great experience.

25 mins seems quite a challenge doesn't it? But, if you've followed the programme, it is strangely achievable! I ran very slowly indeed for my first few runs of 25mins but found on W7R3 this morning,( still 25 mins long) that I was actually going a bit faster. The plan really does steadily improve stamina and fitness .
