After two shorter consolidation runs, 20 and 25mins, I was determined to get back to running for at least 30 mins. Despite having had a very busy week I managed over 40 mins and completed only my second ever 5k (5.9 actually) Feeling pretty good this evening πββοΈπββοΈ

Hi, Iβm finding that since graduating I can do 5k+ once a week usually a Tuesday (first run of the week) ! Then I do what Iβm comfortable doing, which is around 2 - 2.5k. Iβm ok with this for now. However, my run on Saturday ( last run of the week) was awful, I did 2.65k but I was struggling to breathe properly and my legs just didnβt want to move???π€
