Nice that you enjoyed your run today Gordon, yes the weather people tell us that it's been exceptionally mild today for the time of year, about 16c/61f in some places where it should only be around 10c/50f, however by next week they say it might in fact get a little cold with east winds coming to the UK.

I am sure you are looking forward to run 2 and especially run 3 of week 5

Another good run... the bell in the next one is half way on the programme too... enjoy that moment, think back about how far you’ve come already, and when you’ve thought about that you’ll be near the end of the run.
