Just back from running my second 30 minute run in the rain very refreshing it was better than the first as I found my rhythm quite quick and breathing seemed so much better I really have enjoyed this program as it really eases you into running ...going to do Elgin Parkrun on Saturday to complete my W9 then it's just onwards and upwards. Thanks again for all the encouragement throughout as it was needed at times.

Happy running folks remember to keep it slow and steady and you will all get there in the end.
