Christening of new shoes

Just done run 2 week 3 in my new shoes , felt great.

Had a few irritating head phone problems, like deciding to keep dropping out for some reason, any tips on making them stay in would be helpful.

I have that issue too with earphones. Definitely keeping them clean helps. I recently got a set of anker soundbuds for £17 on amazon and they don't seem to fall out for me. or you could try looping the wire over the top of the ear then down I have heard that can help too. I think its a little of trail and error because everyones ears are different and ear phones are one is fits all. Good Luck.

I have found on you tube that looping the wire over the ear is actually the correct way to wear headphones so will give it a try 😊
