Still on the IC and off to China today for five weeks. I’m taking my running gear with me and planning to run in those hotels that have gyms. I’m not sure if the app will work out there so have downloaded the spreadsheet telling me what’s on next! Having done Week 5 for four weeks I now feel ready to move in to Week 6, injury allowing !
Not sure if I’ll be able to access the forum whilst I’m away, so if not I’ll see you on the other side!
Have a great trip... the app will work anywhere but a backup is always good. Hope you’re off the IC and running soon, maybe you’ll come back a graduate!

The app will still work and you don't need a data signal as the podcasts are integral to the app.
But as UNM agrees, keep a backup. Ideally one that doesn't require batteries! 😸
