W6R3 in the bag this morning and it wasn't as terrible as I'd expected. For some reason W6 was kicking my arse in Runs 1&2 - I did them.. but only just! It felt so much better today, I took it really slow and steady and I'm even looking forward to W7.
That moment when lovely Laura says those immortal words made it all worthwhile... I could not even imagine me running for 5 minutes let alone 25 minutes 6 weeks ago.
Just wanted to share my joy... and to those starting out... if I can do it anyone can x

Those early week 6 runs catch a lot of people out, especially the first one! Theyβre tough interval sessions... well done beating them, and great job on the 25. Enjoy week 7, you got this.
Oh, reading your post put a wide smile on my face. Awesome moment, isnβT it? to be called a runner and start believing you are actually becoming one π. Just a few weeks ago, we would have probably just looked behind us, trying to discover who the runner wasπ€£π€£!! Happy running, enjoy W7 and thanks for sharing your joy!!!
