Keep trying

At the end of week 2 I thought I'd really damaged my ankles and knees and I spoke to a physio and he said stop running. So I felt really defeated I started cycling instead then when it should've been week 4 I started week 3 but the same thing it just hurt too much so I walked one morning and cycled the next for the next week then when it should've been week 5 I tried week 3 again I don't know what changed but I'm on run 2 of week 4 now and feeling really good my kneees and ankles are feeling fine. I have taken up 2 yoga classes a week in the evening to help stretch as well as doing a 5 minute stretch on you tube when I get back from my runs.

I can only think it was a shock to my body and I needed to ease into it a little slower than I'd thought but I'm so so happy that I kept trying. Please don't give up keep trying xx

Great stuff! Good for you 💪😃👍.

I had a painful knee and ankle but kept plugging away. They got better and stronger and are now fine We just have to keep trying

Good luck 👍
