Went out this morning and ran non stop for 30 minutes so hey...this works as at the beginning I struggled to run for 5 minutes!!!
I'm not saying it's easy but it's not that hard if you keep the pace slow and steady and even slow down again if your struggling. I would like to thank everybody that given me encouragement and advice along the way it really has helped to get me this far and I think I've got the running bug again as I am always looking forward to my next one.

Not long now until you graduate, you have taken the advice of Oldfloss, slow and steady, you will enjoy your next two week 9 30 minute runs, especially the third graduation run, best of luck for that, I know you can and you will do it.
