Week 9 and first run is done

Went out this morning and ran non stop for 30 minutes so hey...this works as at the beginning I struggled to run for 5 minutes!!!

I'm not saying it's easy but it's not that hard if you keep the pace slow and steady and even slow down again if your struggling. I would like to thank everybody that given me encouragement and advice along the way it really has helped to get me this far and I think I've got the running bug again as I am always looking forward to my next one.

Good job there, and very good advice to others on pacing. Enjoy the next one.

Not long now until you graduate, you have taken the advice of Oldfloss, slow and steady, you will enjoy your next two week 9 30 minute runs, especially the third graduation run, best of luck for that, I know you can and you will do it.
