Week 9 Run 1 done.

This one was a toughie, the mental gremlins struck early, and my bad mood from work played havoc, got to the end though. I started way too fast again and had to slow right down, none of this speeding up for the last few minutes.

Just 2 more runs to go ☺

You are so close - slow and steady :-). The great thing about week 9 is that you have done all the work you need to do already!

Congratulations on your graduation you WILL make - slow and steady ;-).

Thanks yatesco

I feel strong, and that it will be forever a plan I'll stick with. Running 3 times a week feels awesome,  even though sometimes it can be tough run, or even a little slow. The main thing is I'm nearly at the finish line for c25k and I'm dead proud of myself!

As you should be! I really struggled with my first two week 9 runs but then my graduation run was fine and my next three post grads were 5Ks (40 minutes)!

It does get better - just keep moving :-).

Well done. Thinking about work is the biggest energy drain I've come across so good for you for keeping going.

After tomorrow it won't be an issue,  the horrendous job ends! I am very fortunate to be able to say no more, you can't keep treating me like crap! Had an interview on Monday but still not heard anything. If it's not good news I'll be pounding the agencies for a new role 😀

So close now, doesn't the time go by fast? Not the actual running time mind! Try to tell yourself to start a bit slower next time.
