I have just completed week 4... yay! When I finish the runs I’m feeling hot and glowing but my legs feel heavy. My legs are going at a pace which I feel comfortable during the run but I’m not as breathless as I feel I could be.. should I push myself more or shall I keep going as I am? Thank you in advance! Feeling good though!! 😀😀

Brilliant well done! No need to push yourself at all, slow and steady is the key. As the distances and workload increase each week you need to run well within yourself. The aim is to do the time each run, pace and distance are not important. Time for that after you graduate! Enjoy your running

You sound like you’re doing fine to me. Heavy legs can be a sign of dehydration (I learned that here in this forum !), so keep your fluids up and enjoy your journey x
