So nailed W6 R2 this morning, looking ahead, erm what happened to the walking bits?!?

So it turns out that this was my last run with the much cherished walking bits! So I guess I will be running for 25, 28 then 30 minutes then. I guess the stuff just got really real!

Yes, you are definitely a runner from now on! I guess at some point we all miss the walking bits a bit 😂 but on the other hand it is a powerful feeling to run non-stop!! 💪Enjoy W6R3!!

You’re a runner... you don’t need the walking bits! You can do it, you’re more than ready. Enjoy

The aim of the plan is to get you running non stop for thirty minutes..........that doesn't include any walking..........weaning is over.........welcome to running, runner.

Well done Rich,

As I type this you've probably nailed Wk 7 by now!

I'm doing Wk6R3 tomorrow 🤞👊

Good luck with that one, after 5 minutes I was breathing hard and aching legs but bizarrely it didn't get any worse for the next 20 - I was very glad when it was over though.

I completed W7 R1 tonight, which is identical to W6 R3, and maybe just maybe I may have had a little left in the tank as I felt I could have kept going for another 4 or 5 seconds! I am sure you will do even better!

Great job! Well done 👏

And I'm not long back from W6R3..... Oh it was tough, so glad it was over... I managed it in Super snail pace and most definitely had nothing left in the tank. My stubbornness pushed me through it but it was not pretty!

Keep me posted on your journey 👍
