I think the trick is to ‘take it easy’ and enjoy the autumn colours. I did wk8 run 1 for the second time today and just tried to chill. I could probably have gone on longer as I was enjoying the ‘classic motown’ tracks. Well done

I did this run on weds and surprisingly felt it to be much better than the first 2 runs of week 7 for some reason!
