W8R1 - hard going!

My W7R3 was so good that I was feeling optimistic about W8. An extra 3 minutes would surely be a breeze? And yet today my breathing felt wrong, my legs felt sluggish and although I completed the run, I really don't feel the sense of elation I have felt at the end of all my other runs. Here's hoping run 2 and 3 are better.

I am at the same stage as you - and I have just done the 28 min run which seemed like a big jump to me. But what I found helped with keeping completely focused on my breathing. Good luck with the next one. 😊

Sometimes runs are tougher... if there’s no obvious reason for that, it’s ok, the next run will generally be a lot smoother.

Great job completing

I am struggling with week 8, found week 7 surprisingly easy then have just crashed on all 3 runs this week and even gave up today after 10 mins. I think I am going to try week 7 again next week and try to reset myself

I'm hoping that run 2 will be easier!
