Or perhaps that should be jogging on! Sore back from a day with the grandkids, niggly knees so umming and ahing. Should I run, shouldn't I run, can I do 28 mins if I'm not 100%? Well it was a beautiful autumn afternoon and off i went. With Laura and my running playlist at the ready, it was great! First 5 minutes tough as always, then breathing sorted, into my stride, slow and steady, finish strong. Feel great, each run amazes me, C25k is great. Back and knees better for the exercise. 22 runs down 5 runs to graduation!
