Guess I was due a bad one, why does it happen?
Well rested yesterday, actually looking forward to going out, legs felt good, thought I was going to fly.
Couldn't find a rhythm, my aches ached, no co-ordination, felt like I was using someone else's legs, breathing was all over the place.
Only positive - somehow I was still running (VERY slowly) when Jo said I'd finished!
It can only get better! Roll on W7R3.

Oldfloss Administrator Graduate 6 years ago Some are just like that..but for every one of those... loads if brilliant ones... Well done you!
Could be any number of reasons.. tiredness.. hydration .. nasty little virus bugs...
But.. the longer runs beckon...relax and let the legs find their happy pace... you are doing just fine

Great job getting through the sucky run, nobody knows why we get them, next one is usually much smoother.

A few times I've felt good then when I start running... Nah! But I'm sure it's outweighed by the number of times I've thought "I'm not going out because..." and then surprised myself by having an enjoyable run

Well done though, you still did it 👏
And SLOWLY is the key in all this,.. As the saying goes "slowly slowly catchy monkey" (or something like that isn't it lol).
Put it behind you now and move onto the next 👍🙌
